Then the time to start, is immediately, without delay. Here is why:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Emotional well-being: The longer the divorce process, the more stress and emotional pain for both parties. It is generally better for both parties to resolve the divorce as quickly and harmoniously as possible so that they can move on with their lives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Financial stability: Divorce can have significant financial consequences, and the longer the process takes, the longer it will take for each party to achieve financial stability.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Closure: The divorce process can provide a sense of closure and allow both parties to move on with their lives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Children: If there are children involved, it is generally better to resolve the divorce as quickly as possible in order to minimize the impact on them.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Non-litigation processes: Mediation or Collaborative Divorce (alternatives to the long in-court process) can speed up the divorce, make it less adversarial and less costly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">New beginnings: Divorce, even if it is inevitable, can lead to new positive beginnings for each party. Continuing to be connected through existing relationships such as parenting or business can be an important factor in this process. By resolving the divorce as quickly and harmoniously as possible, both parties can begin to adapt to their new roles and move forward with their lives.
