Children often see divorce as the death of their family as they have known it.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>Decision<\/em> and the <em>Process<\/em> used has constructive or damaging ramifications. That is exactly why couples should take a few extra steps before making the <em>Decision<\/em> and selecting the <em>Process<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>First, talk about the <em>Decision<\/em>.\u00a0 <em>\u201cBut, we can\u2019t talk!
