You do not have a right to half of the marital assets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Under the law, <strong><u>all<\/u> <\/strong>property owned by each party is a marital asset and that property must be divided <strong>fairly<\/strong>, not equally.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">So, who is going to decide what is <strong>fair<\/strong>?
