In Massachusetts, a <strong>Reconciliation Agreement<\/strong> (sometimes called a \u201cpostnuptial\u201d or \u201cmarital\u201d agreement) can help couples attempt to rebuild their marriage while also preparing for the possibility of divorce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>What is a Reconciliation Agreement?<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">A Reconciliation Agreement is a written contract between spouses that can outline the steps or conduct needed for the marriage to continue, while also setting out each partner\u2019s rights and obligations if the marriage ultimately ends in divorce.
