Over twenty-five years of
experience has given me hands-on, real-life experience in the

In Adversarial Divorce I represent you and your interests. I negotiate for
a fair and beneficial divorce settlement. If a trial is necessary, I zealously
represent and protect your interests.
Most divorces, however, are not resolved by trial.
Most are resolved by settlement between the parties either
in Adversarial Divorce or Collaborative Divorce.
Others are resolved by
using a third person called a mediator.

I received my formal
training in negotiation (and mediation) at Harvard Law School's
Program of Instruction for Lawyers and
the Center for Dispute Settlement in Washington, D.C.
I have trained negotiators both here and in Europe for
The Negotiation Skills Company for which I am a Senior
Trainer.
Because of my reputation, judges have appointed me to serve in
various cases as a Discovery Master, Special Master or Guardian ad Litem.
I am a trained mediator. In addition to my formal training at
Harvard and the Center for Dispute Settlement, I am a member of the
Massachusetts Council of Family Mediators and serve as a mediator or
arbitrator for several organizations.
